Project Coordinator System & User Support

We're looking for a Project Coordinator System & User Support to help our local teams in key operational and IT-related activities. This is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects, support systems rollouts, and contribute to processing excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate is based in The Netherlands, with flexibility to Germany. This is a fixed term mission (6 to 9 months), hybrid between office and on remote work.

Your Responsibilities

• Support local teams with SA3-related tasks


• Maintain database quality, including duplicate checks and clean-up


• Train local teams on new IT implementations and help develop internal “champions”


• Assist in creating and updating process maps and WINs (Work Instructions & Notes)


• Provide hands-on support for project rollouts


• Assist with testing phases during new project implementations

What is expected on the Technical side

• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC)


• Knowledge of NetSuite is a big plus


• Knowledge of Adobe/Magento is a plus,
  

Languages

• English: Fluent (must-have)


• German: Very good to fluent (must-have)


• Dutch: Nice to have, not first requirement
