Job Description - Project leader change initiatives with IT component

As a Project Leader Change Initiatives with an IT component, you will lead multiple projects at the same time within Portaal. You will be responsible for supervising projects from start to finish that focus on changing and implementing processes and applying applications or tools. You don't need to have in -depth technical knowledge, but you do understand the outlines of IT and can communicate effectively with technical specialists. You monitor progress, quality and budget and report on this to the client.

Tasks and responsibilities

Independently managing multiple projects within Portaal's annual project calendar
Supervising process changes and implementations of applications or tools
Trade -offs between money, time and quality
Reporting on progress and making adjustments where necessary in consultation with the client
Align with stakeholders within the organization
Working according to established project methodologies

Requirements

At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a project leader
Experience with IT processes, IT management and IT development
HBO working and thinking level
Organizationally sensitive
Knowledge of and experience with project methodologies such as Prince II
Basic knowledge of ITIL and Agile working
