Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by leading strategically important business transformation initiatives that drive the evolution of our operating model across the region. As Project Manager for Business Transformation & Innovation, you'll deliver cross-functional projects that strengthen our capabilities and ensure ASICS EMEA continues to adapt and thrive in a dynamic business environment.

Please note this is a temporary role for 12 months.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Lead end-to-end transformation projects across multiple functions including Operations, IT, Commercial, Finance and Category, managing scope, timelines, budgets and risks throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support portfolio governance meetings by consolidating initiative inputs, assisting with prioritisation decisions and maintaining portfolio visibility to ensure strategic alignment.

- Assist in comprehensive business case development to support decision-making processes.

- Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple departments and global teams, influencing stakeholders to drive project success.

- Facilitate change management activities by identifying and assessing potential initiatives and supporting change communication efforts across the organisation.

- Ensure smooth transition of completed transformation projects to business-as-usual operations whilst maintaining consistent governance frameworks and documentation standards.

- Collaborate with global counterparts including Global IT PMO and Global HQ to ensure alignment and apply continuous improvement principles.

You have the following skills:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or business transformation in complex and cross-functional environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities across complex organisations.

- Great project management capabilities, anticipating and managing risks, managing timelines and driving progress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including presentations to senior leaders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Transformation, or Project Management.
