Project Manager ICT Application Rationalization

• Drafting and implementing action plans for application rationalization within the domains VTH and Social.
  
• Inventory and analysis of the existing application landscape and data sources of both municipalities.
  
• Leading and coordinating data migrations while ensuring information security and privacy.
  
• Coordinating the implementation of newly tendered applications and phasing out existing systems.
  
• Facilitating coordination between ICT, domain experts, information management and user organizations.
  
• Reporting on progress, risks, bottlenecks and issues to the client and program manager.
  
• Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations throughout the entire process.
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of demonstrable work experience as an ICT project manager at a municipality.
  
• Demonstrable work experience with application rationalizations and implementation of interfaces.
  
• Completed bachelor's degree in ICT or business administration.
  
• Demonstrable work experience in implementing newly tendered applications within a municipality.
  
• Available from April 2026 for 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the assignment.
