Job Description - Project Manager (ID: 3935)

As a Project Manager, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting Workplace Projects and End User Computing (EUC).
  • Define project scope, requirements, stage gates, and acceptance criteria using the Waterfall methodology.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, documentation, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, manufacturing engineering, production, system integration teams, vendors, and external technology partners.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to system downtime, data integrity, and production impact.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and change management processes.
  • Monitor project milestones, prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive-level status updates.
  • Drive change management, user adoption, and post-implementation system stabilization.
  • Lead mission-critical IT initiatives with a strong focus on delivery, reliability, and operational excellence.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record of delivering enterprise IT projects.
  • Strong experience managing Workplace Projects and End User Computing (EUC) initiatives.
  • Expertise in Waterfall project management methodology.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor deliverables.
  • Strong stakeholder management across IT, engineering, production, and external partners.
  • Solid understanding of IT governance, security, compliance, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in high-availability, precision-driven, and mission-critical environments.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Plan, execute, and govern complex IT projects from initiation through closure.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural global teams.
  • Manage competing priorities while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and successful organizational change.
  • Analyze project performance and provide meaningful executive-level reporting.
  • Lead with ownership, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset in high-pressure environments.
