Project Manager Transition ICT Infrastructure

• A fully coordinated project plan for the transition to ICT infrastructure
  
• Established and working project governance with both suppliers

• Detailed proposal for IV management in accordance with Demand–Supply Governance and ITIL4
  

• Drafting and implementing the project plan for the ICT transition
  
• Setting up and monitoring project governance and decision -making
  
• Managing and coordinating with current and new suppliers
  
• Monitoring planning, budget, risks and quality
  
• Organizing acceptance and transfer of new services
  
• Preparing for unbundling and finalizing the Webtop environment
  
• Delivery of final report, risk and acceptance file
  
• ​Advising on future IV management
  

Requirements

• Completed HBO bachelor's degree in the direction of ICT
  
• At least 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years as an ICT Project Manager
  
• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in managing suppliers within ICT transition or migration processes
  
• Demonstrable experience with ICT transition projects according to Prince2 and MSP
  
• Maximum hourly rate €120 excl. VAT inclusive of all costs
  

• At least 5 years of work experience as an ICT Project Manager
  
• Extensive experience with risk management and budget control within ICT projects
