Projectcoordinator Constructie

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you play a crucial role within the collaboration between field and main office and external stakeholders/suppliers. Your deliverables are: the safe, timely, within-budget, and structured preparation and execution of new parts of installation and piping systems. You represent the interests of the Construction Office from the start to the end of a project.

Managing and reviewing incoming and outgoing documents for content and process.

Structured preparation of substantive interactions and recording of agreements made.

Review schedules based on content and process and integrate them into the overall planning system.

Assessing budgets for content and process, integrating and aligning with internal and external stakeholders.

Review, structure, and monitor financial and progress reports.

Reviewing or drafting construction plans in coordination with the Structural Manager.

Timely coordination with Purchasing regarding deliveries and orders, in coordination with the Project Procurement Lead.

Correct handling and/or drafting of contract amendments (MoC) in coordination with the Contract Manager.

Organizing and coordinating HSE-related aspects; Toolbox, Kickoff, etc. in consultation with the HSE Lead.

Assurance of Q&A regarding all the above aspects, etc.

What do we ask?

Completed technical education and higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level.

You have at least 10 years of work experience in construction office management, preferably in the oil & gas and/or (petro)chemical industry.

You have hands-on experience with construction planning, systemization, and integration testing.

You have hands-on experience with construction systems/IT tooling.

Location: Amersfoort

Duration: ASAP – 1 year
