Projectleider

As a Project Manager, you lead initiatives through which client’s implements measures to mitigate the effects of overloading our electricity network. Examples include:

Implement protection and recovery measures

What do we need to organize to selectively disconnect large consumers if necessary?

Where can generators / batteries help reduce the effects of overloading?

Anchor the measures in the regional crisis management approach.

You will do this in an environment with many strategic stakeholders and, given the urgency, high visibility for yourself and the projects. You are capable of managing this well.

You have strong analytical skills. You can explain complex matters simply. Your helicopter view enables you to oversee multiple processes simultaneously, from detail to the overall picture. Communicating at a tactical/strategic level and liaising with various parties is also no problem for you. You handle changing circumstances well and know how to manage this effectively with your colleagues.

What else makes you our project manager?

You have completed a higher professional or university education in a relevant field;

It is important that you have at least 5 years of work experience as a project manager in complex multidisciplinary projects. Of this, you have worked for at least 2 years in the energy sector or with energy infrastructures;

You have sufficient knowledge of electricity networks to understand the necessary content.

Excellent communication skills

Strong in engaging and influencing stakeholders

Location: Rotterdam + Hybrid
