Job Description - Projectleider

Projectleider- WMO

Your main responsibilities

• Realizing the implementation of the new Wmo contract.

• Managing the execution of the agreed work packages.

• Ensuring continuity of care during the transition phase.

• Coordinating involved internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitoring planning, progress, risks, and results.

• Preparing administrative and official decision-making.

• Arranging the handover to the line organization.

• Delivering agreed project results within the set deadlines.

The home base is the Utrecht City Office, and the locations of our partners in the city.

You have:

Minimum HBO working and thinking level.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience at HBO/WO level.

At least 3 years of experience with the implementation of a major care contract or system change within the social domain.

At least 5 years of experience within a municipal environment.

Experience with administrative decision-making within municipalities.

Experience with contract management and implementation within the social domain.

Knowledge of the Wmo and related laws and regulations.

Knowledge of GDPR issues within the social domain.

Demonstrable experience in successfully realizing complex implementation projects.

At least two successfully completed assignments at municipalities in the past five years.

Dutch and English are the required languages for the role on a professional level.

Pre:

Experience with the implementation of Wmo, Youth Act, or Basic Social Contracts.

Experience with transition and change processes within the social domain.

Experience with monitoring and management information within municipal organizations.

Experience with stakeholder management in complex administrative environments.

Knowledge of continuity of care and PGB issues.

Start: ASAP

End: 1^st April

Location: Utrecht / 32 hours.
