Job Description - Projectmanager AI

As an AI Project Manager, you will be responsible for drawing up the project definition and project plan for AI applications within the university's business operations. You set up a suitable project organisation, put together a multidisciplinary team and supervise the implementation within the Agile structure of the ISSC. You monitor planning, quality and budget and ensure clear communication towards faculties, services and stakeholders. You are both strategically and operationally involved and know how to translate technical concepts to the organization in an understandable way.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Drafting of project definition and project plan (objectives, planning, budget, preconditions)Supervising the implementation of AI functionality within business operations
Setting up project organization within Agile/SAFe frameworks
Assembling and managing a multidisciplinary project team
Monitoring progress, quality and budget
Preparation of progress report
Creating support and involving stakeholders
Organizing and facilitating steering committee meetings
Providing communication about impact and changes

Requirements

HBO diploma supplemented with IPMA and/or Prince2 certification
Multi -year experience with project management in complex projects within educational and research institutions
Affinity with AI
Experience working in a SCRUM/Agile environment (preferably SAFe)
Strong communication skills in Dutch and Englis
Able to understand technical concepts and translate them in an understandable way
