Publishing Manager

We are headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, with regional KRAFTON offices located across the globe.

Our Amsterdam office is home to KRAFTON Europe, with several key product and publishing teams focused on Western markets based here, along with our Esports team. It is also home to the Black Budget development team, who are busy working on our upcoming new title.

The Publishing Manager will play a key role in the Scale-up Team, which serves as the bridge between Publishing Headquarters and the regional service teams across America, Europe, MENA, and CIS. The team is responsible for developing actionable strategies, expanding product reach, and ensuring success in these regions.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities:

• Align with Publishing Headquarters (PHQ) to understand overarching product strategy and direction, establishing regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive objectives.


• Collaborate with regional teams to develop localized strategies and execute market-specific activations, ensuring alignment with PHQ’s overall vision while enhancing product presence in each region.


• Report performance metrics and key achievements to senior management and Publishing Headquarters.


• Manage budget-related aspects of the product, overseeing allocations and expenditures to support growth strategies.


• Assist Team Lead with publishing operations and organizational management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Korean is preferred but not required.


• Passion for games.


• Have experience in defining and implementing KPIs and developing growth strategies.


• Collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to tailor strategies that align with regional


• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in English, facilitating seamless collaboration across diverse teams (Business level proficiency of Korean is a strong plus)


• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
