To strengthen their team in Schoonhoven, the Netherlands, they seek a skilled QHSE Manager to contribute to cutting -edge automation projects.
Job Summary
The QHSE Manager will oversee and enhance the company’s quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems. This person ensures compliance with Dutch legislation and international standards, promotes a culture of continuous improvement, and supports engineering, production, and management teams in maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage and continuously improve QHSE management systems.
Ensure compliance with Dutch HSE law and industry standards.
Conduct internal and external audits, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
Lead recertification processes and maintain relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
Perform occupational risk assessments and maintain HSE records.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and non -conformities, identifying root causes and implementing preventive actions.
Promote awareness of safety and continuous improvement across teams.
Organize and deliver QHSE -related training sessions.
Provide practical QHSE advice and serve as a contact point for teams and managers.
Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the Operations or General Manager and collaborates closely with engineering, production, and project management teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience managing QHSE systems in equipment production or custom machine -building environments.
In -depth knowledge of Dutch HSE regulations and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Experience conducting audits and leading certification processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Self -starter able to work independently and collaboratively.
Proactive problem solver with a “first -time -right” mindset.
Hands -on approach with a focus on practical implementation.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: 3,250 - 5,000 gross per month.
35 vacation days per year.
Travel expense reimbursement.
