QHSE Manager

MISSION

As HSEQ Manager, you are responsible for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment across the site.

FUNCTIONS

Key Responsibilities
• Lead quality controls and audits throughout production.
• Supervise QC team (2 employees).
• Manage non-conformities and customer complaints.
• Maintain and improve QHSE policies, procedures and systems.
• Coordinate risk assessments, RI&E and audits.
• Lead HSE culture, training, toolbox talks, BHV and prevention activities.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and ISO systems.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare HSEQ reports and advise management.

EXPERIENCE - A(>10Y), B(5-10Y), C(2-5Y), D(0-2Y)

General Education / Technical Skills: Technical Engineer or science bachelor.

Professional experience: Quality and environmental industrial experience. Quality and environmental management system implementation and internal audit, Health and safety industrial experience.

Personal Competences: Health and safety training are welcome, Internal auditor training knowledge.

Languages: Dutch and English
