Quality Coordinator

What you'll do:  

• Making sure that products meet a set of Suitsupply standards in measurements, fit and aesthetics.


• Measuring and inspecting the specifications of items in specific shipments of specific factories.


• Examining shipments of our garments by measuring and conducting fittings.


• Examining shipments of our materials (like fabrics) by doing visual checks and lab checks (in corporation with a selected lab).


• Recording inspection results by completing reports and making follow-up plans with factories to improve consistency.  


• Implementing quality control procedures with factories.  


• Training the production team on quality control measure to improve product excellence.  


• Proposing improvements to production inline processes, with production teams during regular visits.  


• Travel  within Europe and on occasion to Asia to do QC checks locally.  

 Who you are:  

• Experience in QC: at least 2 years.


• Experience in making improvements in-line at production facilities is a plus


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to create strong partnerships with our mills and production facilities.


• Excellent attention to detail.


• Experience in working with tight delivery schedules.


• Familiarity with sustainability practices in production processes is a plus.
