Who we are
Biocore is an internationally operating trading company. We have been active in the organic market since 1991. We supply organic agricultural raw materials for humans and animals. We also take care of the entire logistic process for our relations. We are part of the Tracomex group, which consists of various agricultural and food ingredients trading and supply chain management companies. We work closely together to guarantee the best possible service to our customers. The job

As a Quality Officer at Biocore, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our customer satisfaction and overall business performance by supporting the quality process. Together with Branka Fisic (Quality Manager) You will work with different teams to improve our processes and product requirements. Every day, you will be faced with new and exciting challenges. Develop your troubleshooting, project management and people skills and help us succeed together.Your responsibilities will be:

• Control of certificates, organic certificates, GMP+ and others;
• Checking existing and new relations, regarding traceability;
• Preparing internal audits and supporting external audits;
• Assistance in crisis management;
• Performing traceability tests;
• Registering and assisting in answering internal and external complaints;
• Registering samples, contacting laboratories, giving orders to laboratories;
• Checking of laboratory results;
• Monitoring compliance with the quality system;
• Sustainability and EUDR regulation

Who are you?
Most important is that you're passionate about the above mentioned and you feel that you can help bring our Quality Assurance to the next level. We'd love to hear your thoughts on the tasks and responsibilities in the position. Ideally:

• Your educational background is equivalent to a Bachelor degree in the field of Quality or Food safety or Food technology;
• You will have relevant experience in food or feed safety, sustainability or other relevant legislation and you will have knowledge of quality systems;
• You are tech savvy with strong experience with quality tools;
• You are proficient in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
