Quality Specialist

Our client, a leading global ICT company, is recruiting a Quality Specialist to join their business in the Netherlands.

Job Description 

• Maintain and develop the ISO 9001 quality management system
  

• Work closely with the Quality Shift Leaders
  

• Advise and support the Quality Warehouse Team
  

• Conduct root cause analyses and drive corrective and preventive actions
  

• Assess deviations such as damages and ensure proper resolution
  

• Contribute to designing, documenting, and improving processes and procedures
  

• Prepare for and support internal and external audits
  

• Collaborate with the customer team to ensure customer expectations are met
  

• Foster a safe working environment for all employees.
  

• English fluent, Dutch good to have
