Quartermaster Portfolio Manager

• Capturing functional requirements of improvement and change initiatives

• Coordinate and approve the total portfolio plan at the Municipal Secretary level every quarter

• Identify and initiate scope and priority changes in a timely manner

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level
  
• At least 1 year of demonstrable experience as a portfolio and/or program manager
  
• Demonstrable work experience within the information and ICT domain of local government
  
• Experience in developing and managing portfolio plans
  

• Prince2, Scrum or similar certifications
  
• Experience with government information provision and ICT
  
• Knowledge of M365 setup, migration and rollout
  
• Experience with migrations from on -premise to IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
  
• Experience in cloud architectures
  
• Knowledge of ITIL, ASL and BiSL
