Quote to Cash Manager

The manager is a key member of the Deloitte Digital team responsible for leading our Quote-to-Cash digital engagements. The position requires strong consulting skills with the ability to effectively advise our clients.

Here's how you do this:

• Taking on a lead delivery role on projects in the Digital and Quote-to-cash (Q2C) domains
• Advising and supporting customers that are on the transformation journey either to offer new business models and/or achieve operational efficiency.
• Guiding and supporting your project team throughout all phases of the project
• Be on the constant lookout for opportunities to evolve our delivery models and make an impact for our clients

You thrive in a diverse work environment and foster inclusion and sense of belonging for your teammates. You need the following qualifications for the position of Quote to Cash Manager:

• Hands-on experience implementing and delivering SaaS solutions, such as SalesForce, Apttus/Conga, PROS, Taction, Zuora, etc.
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in project and/or program management of complex digital transformations, preferably in the digital customer and Q2C domains
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and ability to influence up to executive level
• Strong knowledge in Q2C so that you can challenge and coach clients where applicable
• Experience and in-depth understanding of all aspects of the SDLC including Design, Build, QA, UAT and Support
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Previous experience in consulting and/or SaaS platform vendors is an advantage
• Fluent in writing and speaking English (Fluency in Dutch is nice to have)
