On behalf of the European Space Agency, we are looking for A highly skilled Radio Navigation Engineer to work in ESTEC, in the Netherlands.
What is expected from you:
Interface with ESA and other contractor companies for technical matters.
Systems Requirement Engineering: Analysis of Stakeholder needs, Capabilities Definition and Requirements Generation.
Flexibility to quickly adapt to new and unforeseen situations in a multidisciplinary environment.
Elaboration of technical and contractual documentation (DCN/DCP, RFW/RFD, DDF, DJF, IRDs, etc).
Plan and follow tasks in a structured and pre-agreed manner with managers and stakeholders.
Knowledge of MBSE tools and methodologies
Knowledge of requirement management tools (IBM DOORs).
To lead working groups for the development of groundbreaking technologies.
What you offer:
Master’s degree in telecommunications, aerospace or other related engineering and science disciplines.
Knowledge and experience in GNSS Systems and signals, Galileo experience is an asset.
Knowledge of authentication protocols and technologies.
An Scaled Agile certification is a plus.
4 years of relevant experience in ESA projects, experience in writing and reviewing technical documents.
Knowledge of DOORS and requirements management is an asset
Proficient in English, speaking other European languages is an asset.
Candidates must be eligible for a security personal clearance from an EU Member State national security administration

Where:
You will be working within ESTEC, the European Space Agency’s offices in the Netherlands as a contractor for Telespazio Belgium. We don’t expect the employees to be on-site full time however you will still have to relocate to the Netherlands for this position.
