As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Real Estate Maintenance Manager to join our internationally operating team.As a Real Estate Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and operational activities of our retail property portfolio. You will ensure that our properties remain in excellent condition, comply with lease agreements, and meet the highest standards of efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and operational performance of a portfolio of retail properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, safety regulations, and property standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance property longevity.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, expenses, and contract negotiations.
• Address tenant maintenance requests and concerns efficiently, ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the property management and leasing teams to maximize property value and performance.

• 3+ years of experience in real estate maintenance management or commercial property operations.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and respond effectively to maintenance requests.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel within the Houston area for site inspections and meetings.

• Experience managing maintenance for a portfolio of retail or commercial properties.
• Background in lease administration and facility compliance.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

• Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
