Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by serving as the central point of contact for all real estate portfolio matters across the EMEA region. In this role, you'll manage the complete lifecycle of our property leases—from negotiations and documentation to financial oversight—ensuring our stores, offices, and showrooms operate efficiently whilst supporting strategic business decisions through meticulous lease management and stakeholder coordination.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.  

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Support the creation and review of business cases for new leases & extensions, along with preparing all relevant documentation to support with related projects (openings, refits, and relocations).


• Support landlord negotiations to achieve desired commercial terms and review corresponding legal documentation with legal teams and local lawyers.


• Create and maintain accurate databases of all ASICS EMEA leases whilst ensuring accessibility for all stakeholders.


• Support budgeting and payment of occupancy costs and serve as initial approver for occupancy cost invoices.


• Serve as the main contact for property-related queries.


• Provide office administrative support and ensure effective communication of store development projects with all relevant stakeholders.

You have the following skills:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience supporting the management of a real state portfolio


• Experience working with contracts in multiple countries across EMEA


• Previous experience working with property advisors and lawyers.


• Excellent communication skills in English (another european language is a plus) and cross-functional stakeholder engagement abilities.


• Strong organisational and database management abilities.


• Experience in retail business, preferably related to the sporting goods industry
