Recruiter (French Speaking)

We’re looking for a French-speaking Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of hiring across roles in HousingAnywhere & Studapart. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, drive sourcing efforts, and help shape our fast-paced international company!

Your role 

• Own full-cycle recruitment for full-time, part-time, apprenticeships and internship roles.


• Actively source talent using different channels and creative approaches.


• Partner with hiring managers to shape needs and define hiring strategies.


• Track performance and hiring metrics — and adjust your approach when needed.


• Participate in quarterly projects that strengthen our company culture and employer brand.

Your team

You will join our People Ops department, which includes HR, Recruitment, IT, and Office Management. As part of the Recruitment team, you’ll work alongside two other Recruiters to attract top talent to HousingAnywhere & Studapart, with a focus on French-speaking positions. We value a high level of ownership, autonomy, teamwork and a results-oriented mindset.

Your profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).


• Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally for both commercial & tech roles.


• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with different techniques and platforms.


• Knowledge of French hiring practices and regulations is a big plus.


• Confident communicator who enjoys working with diverse teams.


• Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset.


• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
