Your Role & Key Responsibilities

Primary Point of Contact: Act as the first advisory contact for line managers and external suppliers concerning contingent labor demands, guiding them on optimal hiring routes, contracting forms, and market-conform rates.

End-to-End Requisition Management: Publish roles via our Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS / DAS), perform initial resume screenings, select qualified candidates, and facilitate interviews from intake to final onboarding.

Process & Pipeline Coordination: Manage multiple urgent hiring tracks concurrently, coordinating schedules, negotiating supplier rates, and maintaining prompt communication across all parties.

Compliance & Legal Advisory: Ensure all contingent hiring complies with complex Dutch labor laws and regulations (such as Wet DBA, chain liability / ketenregeling, and temporary employment guidelines).

Sourcing Optimization: Monitor open request progress, actively partnering with vendor networks to refine search criteria or adjust position positioning when candidate volumes are low.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (HBO) working and thinking level.

At least 3 years of hands-on operational experience within an in-house external hiring desk (contingent labor desk / MSP / VMS) in a corporate environment.

Strong experience in intake interviewing and advising hiring managers on suitable contract templates and employment forms.

Solid, up-to-date knowledge of Dutch labor laws and legislation regarding flexible labor (e.g., Wet DBA, WAADI).

Familiarity with vendor management tools and ATS platforms; experience with Workday and Nétive (or similar DPS/DAS systems) is highly preferred.

Strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills and a professional command of the Dutch language.
