💻What Your Role Entails

This is a full-cycle (360°) recruitment role – you'll be the connector between top talent and great companies:

• 🎯 Business Development: Build relationships with new clients by phone, email, and online- meetings with the opportunity to also visit clients on site.


• 💬 Talent Matchmaking: Find and place top candidates in exciting roles across Europe.


• 🧠 Consulting: Become a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.


• 🔍 Headhunting: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and your own creativity to find hidden gems.


• 🤝 Negotiating & Closing Deals: Make magic happen for everyone involved.


• 🤗 End-to-End Support: Guide your candidates through every step of the process.

👀What We Are Looking For

• Motivation: Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced work environment.


• Experience: This is a plus but not a must. Previous experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or similar fast-paced work environments.


• Communication Skills: Fluency in either German or Dutch and English (C1-C2 level). If not, native English and B2B Sales or Recruitment experience is required.


• Location: You live in or around Amsterdam.
