Position title: Recruitment Site Lead


Reports to: TA Mgr Latam


Dept: Talent and Transformation


Location: Planta Escobedo (NL)


 


 


Role Overview:


Plant Recruitment Leader focused on results and quality of the hiring process. This key position will be responsible for directing and executing all recruitment and selection activities for operational, technical, and administrative positions at our plant. The Recruitment Leader will ensure the timely attraction, evaluation, and hiring of qualified talent to support the operational efficiency and growth of the plant, while always maintaining excellent candidate experience.


 


Core Responsibilities / Outcomes Expected



  • Recruitment Cycle Management:


-Oversee and execute the entire recruitment cycle: from posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial and in-depth interviews, to presenting offers and following up after hiring.


-Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.


Ensure reference checks and the application of relevant technical or psychometric tests for each profile.



  • Continuous Improvement and Metrics:


-Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, turnover in the first 90 days, sources of success, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.


-Implement improvements to recruitment processes to increase efficiency and the quality of hires.


-Ensure positive and professional experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome.


 


Scope Defining Dimensions:



  • Leadership and Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for recruitment matters for Plant Management and operational departments.

  • Train and advise line managers on best practices in interviewing and selection.

  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to align policies and procedures.

  • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with applicable labor laws, internal company policies, and audit standards.


 


Knowledge, skills and abilities:



  • Leadership and ability to influence, Action and results-oriented, Planning and organization, Analytical and decision-making skills, Ability to build interpersonal relationships

  • Adaptability and flexibility


 


Experience & Education:



  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience leading operational and technical mass recruitment processes in a manufacturing plant environment.

  • Previous experience leading work teams.

  • English: intermediate.

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, or related field.
