We are now seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to lead and develop our activities across the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg). This is a pivotal role with responsibility for shaping market strategy, preparing for future launches and building strong partnerships across complex healthcare systems.

About the Role

As Regional Key Account Manager, you will lead commercial execution and market development across the Benelux region, with a strong focus on pre-launch and launch readiness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading pre-launch planning, launch execution and lifecycle management activities
  • Building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, payers and key external stakeholders
  • Providing local market insights to support European market access, pricing and reimbursement strategy
  • Ensuring compliant engagement in line with local regulations, codes of practice and ethical standards
  • Contributing to regional business planning, budgeting and long-term growth strategy
  • Preparing the region for future expansion, including potential team build and leadership

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a commercially experienced and strategically minded professional who is comfortable operating with autonomy in a complex, evolving environment.

You will bring:

  • Strong experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles, including prelaunch and launch delivery
  • Deep understanding of the Dutch and Belgian healthcare environments and ideally market access pathways
  • Proven ability to build and maintain seniorlevel stakeholder relationships
  • Experience working across borders and navigating complex regulatory contexts
  • Excellent spoken and written English and ideally Dutch language skills
  • A proactive, resilient approach and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
