Regional Sales Manager DACH

Voyado is the Agentic Customer Experience Suite for retail, helping leading retailers create more relevant customer experiences across online and offline channels.

Now, we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help us grow our DACH business.

This isn’t a role where you inherit a mature territory and an established playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how we approach DACH; which retailers we target, how we position Voyado, how we work with partners, and ultimately, how we win.

And you won’t be building alone. Behind you is an established European SaaS company with 400 colleagues, a proven product, deep retail expertise, existing customers and partners, and teams across Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Sales ready to support you.

For this role, you can be based in any of Germany’s major cities or in Amsterdam. Location isn’t what matters most — the impact you make is.

About the role

DACH is one of Voyado’s key growth markets, and we’re still early enough in the journey for you to make a genuine impact.

We already have momentum in the region, with customers such as CLOSED, Globetrotter and MEGABAD, as well as recognition as Best Omnichannel & Integration Solution at the E-commerce Germany Awards 2025 in Berlin. Now, we want to build on that foundation.

You’ll focus on winning mid-market and enterprise retailers across DACH, working closely with our DACH team and reporting to our GTM Director, Ken Arslan. You’ll own your sales cycles while also having a seat at the table as we shape our broader approach to the market.

In this role, you will:

• Win new mid-market and enterprise retail and e-commerce customers across DACH, owning complex SaaS sales cycles from first conversation to close.

• Build pipeline through outbound, events and partners, while developing strong co-selling relationships with SIs, technology partners and agencies.

• Run structured, value-based sales processes, engaging senior stakeholders, building compelling business cases and leading commercial negotiations.

• Help shape our DACH playbook — from target accounts and messaging to positioning and competitive strategy.

• Represent Voyado in the market and bring what you learn back into the business, helping us strengthen our presence and approach across DACH.

Who you are

You’re excited by the idea of building something. You want the freedom to influence how a market develops rather than simply executing someone else’s playbook. At the same time, you know that successful enterprise sales requires structure, persistence and discipline.

You’re comfortable opening doors yourself and equally comfortable navigating complex buying groups once you’re inside. You understand the value of partners and relationships, and you’re motivated by building something bigger than your individual sales number.

We believe you have:

• A proven track record in complex B2B SaaS sales, owning the full sales cycle with mid-market and/or enterprise customers.

• Strong value-based, structured sales skills; experience with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies is a plus.

• Experience engaging and influencing multiple senior stakeholders.

• Experience working and co-selling with SIs, technology partners or agencies.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to create opportunities rather than wait for them.

• Fluency in German and professional English.

Experience in retail, e-commerce, MarTech or digital marketing is a strong advantage.

High Impact. Great People. Real Growth.

There aren’t many opportunities where you get to build from an early stage while having an established organization behind you.

You’ll have genuine influence over how Voyado grows in DACH, with the freedom to test, learn and shape our approach as we go. At the same time, you’ll have experienced colleagues, established customers, a strong product, international marketing and partner teams, and years of retail expertise behind you.

You get ownership without being on your own.

Some of our benefits:

• 30 days of vacation

• 500 € wellness allowance

• Personal development opportunities

• Summits and team activities
