We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch and English to join our growing on-site team. In this position, you will provide top-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent service experience.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch and English.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings and internal procedures.
Log and manage all customer interactions using internal systems.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated or complex issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a friendly and solution-oriented service experience.
Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level) – both spoken and written.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work on-site during the defined schedule (Monday to Friday).
