Job Description - Relocation Support-Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in Sofia


About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch and English to join our growing on-site team. In this position, you will provide top-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch and English.

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies.

  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings and internal procedures.

  • Log and manage all customer interactions using internal systems.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated or complex issues.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a friendly and solution-oriented service experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level) – both spoken and written.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.

  • Ability to work on-site during the defined schedule (Monday to Friday).
