We’re looking for a hungry BDR to help us own the DACH region.

What you’ll do

You’ll be the first voice of SpeakUp for hundreds of German-speaking companies. Your job is to open doors - through smart outbound, relentless follow-up, and creative prospecting that goes beyond the standard playbook.

• Build and run outbound sequences across phone, email, LinkedIn, and whatever channels work


• Make calls. A lot of them. Cold ones too


• Use AI tools to research, personalize, and scale outreach in ways that actually get responses


• Qualify inbound leads and turn them into pipeline


• Work closely with the Amsterdam marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging


• Own smaller deals end-to-end and close them yourself


• Partner with AEs on larger opportunities and hand off pipeline cleanly

Germany is our strongest market. We’re the category leader, and our pipeline converts at a rate most sales teams would envy. When you put in the work, the market responds. You won’t be grinding uphill - you’ll be pushing on an open door.

This is also a genuine growth path. Start as a BDR, grow into an AE. We’ve done it before and we’ll do it again.

What we are looking for:

• Native German speaker, fluent in English (written and spoken)


• 2+ years of relevant professional work experience
  


• Based anywhere in European time zones


• Self-starting. Not waiting to be told what to do


• Comfortable on the phone - you see a call as an opportunity, not a chore


• AI-native: you know how to use tools like Clay, Claude, or similar to make your outreach smarter and faster


• Creative thinker who brings new ideas to how we prospect


• Experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development is a plus, but mindset and drive matter more

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist die erste Stimme von SpeakUp für hunderte deutschsprachiger Unternehmen. Deine Aufgabe ist es, Türen zu öffnen: durch cleveres Outbound, konsequentes Follow-up und kreative Akquise, die über das Standardrepertoire hinausgeht.

• Outbound-Sequenzen über Telefon, E-Mail, LinkedIn und weitere Kanäle aufbauen und steuern


• Anrufe tätigen. Viele davon. Auch Kaltakquise


• KI-Tools einsetzen, um Outreach zu recherchieren, zu personalisieren und zu skalieren - auf eine Weise, die wirklich Antworten generiert


• Inbound-Leads qualifizieren und in Pipeline umwandeln


• Eng mit dem Marketing-Team in Amsterdam zusammenarbeiten, um Kampagnen und Messaging abzustimmen


• Kleinere Deals eigenständig abschließen


• Größere Opportunities gemeinsam mit AEs bearbeiten und sauber übergeben

Was wir suchen

• Deutsch als Muttersprache, fließend Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)


• Mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung


• Standort in einer europäischen Zeitzone


• Eigeninitiativ. Wartet nicht auf Anweisungen


• Sicher am Telefon - du siehst einen Anruf als Chance, nicht als Last


• KI-nativ: du weißt, wie du Tools wie Clay, ChatGPT oder ähnliche einsetzt, um deinen Outreach smarter und schneller zu machen


• Kreativer Denker, der neue Ideen in die Akquise einbringt


• Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS-Vertrieb oder Business Development ist ein Plus - Mindset und Antrieb sind jedoch entscheidend
