The Role

As the Affiliate Lead, you will lead the growth of Speaky, GoSpooky's creator community, and drive the success of our affiliate offering on TikTok Shop. You'll build and scale creator programs, grow strategic creator relationships and ensure campaigns deliver measurable commercial impact.

This is a cross-functional role serving the full Speaky creator community and all TikTok Affiliate Program (TAP) campaign clients across the Commerce workstream, while in time also supporting UGC services for existing Content & Creator clients. This role reports to the Head of Creator Campaigns and manages the  Affiliate Campaign Manager(s), while working closely with stakeholders across the Commerce and TikTok Shop teams, creators, sellers and brand partners.

What you’ll do

• Owning and growing the Speaky creator community; supply, onboarding and retention at scale


• Building and running the affiliate program: commission structure, tooling, creator earning model


• Leading key creator outreach and onboarding, both automated batch and manual high-value relationships


• Driving TikTok Shop campaign activation: matching creators to campaigns, managing delivery, hits GMV targets


• Building Speaky Academy: developing and maintaining the creator education program


• Managing and mentoring Affiliate Campaign Manager(s) 


• Collaborating with the Commerce team on monetisation flows, seller relationships and TAP campaign delivery


• Expanding Speaky community with UGC campaign and programs activations 

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in building and managing a creator / UGC or affiliate community at scale


• Hands-on experience setting up affiliate programs, commission models, tooling, performance tracking


• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics: affiliate, GMV, creator earning flows


• Experience with creator community platforms (Discord, Whop, Growi or equivalent)


• Proven ability to recruit and build relationships with creators


• Strong commercial mindset: can motivate creators around earnings, not just content


• Familiarity with tools like Claude, ChatGPT and CreatorIQ 


• Fluent in English is a must and fluent in Dutch/Flemish is a big plus


• Experience scaling creator or affiliate programs across multiple European markets is a plus


• Experience in creator marketing agencies and building creator education programs is a plus
