Credit Controller

• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up proactively on unpaid invoices
• Liaise with customer service and sales to resolve disputes and ensure accurate invoicing
• Maintain regular contact with international clients by email and phone
• Review and assess customer risk profiles and take the lead in improving this process
• Prepare aging reports and support monthly cash flow forecasts
• Assist in automating and improving the AR process in NetSuite
• Collaborate with the finance team during month-end closing and audit preparation

• 2+ years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role
• Comfortable communicating with B2B clients across different countries and cultures
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a strong advantage
• Positive mindset, proactive attitude, and a team player
