Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Czech to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Classify and assess content according to established moderation policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to enhance moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve content moderation processes.
• Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.

• Ability to manage sensitive content professionally and with care.
