Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing solutions and information to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the webshop's products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to customer service practices.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the e-commerce sector.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online customer support tools.
