Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to Dutch-speaking prospects to identify and generate leads.
• Communicate the value of our services effectively to schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Follow up with leads through calls and emails to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.
• Document all interactions and appointment details meticulously in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales discussions.
• Provide feedback on leads and enhance appointment-setting strategies based on client insights.
• Remain updated on industry trends and product offerings to engage prospects effectively.

• Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a bonus.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or related customer-focused roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client interactions.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
