Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints with empathy and a focus on providing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry developments to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within an international or multicultural environment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
