Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support in Dutch through various channels including phone, email, and live chat for airline services.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and general travel information.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall service quality.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in service delivery.
• Stay informed about company policies, travel regulations, and flight schedules to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, especially within the travel or airline industry, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and airline reservation systems is a plus.
