Dutch Speaking Customer Care for IT Support Services - Work in Greece

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for IT-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, software installations, and account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems and escalate issues when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system accurately.
• Identify patterns in customer inquiries to suggest improvements in service delivery and technical documentation.
• Stay updated on IT trends and company products to effectively inform and support customers.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, especially in an IT or technical support environment, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and IT support tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience!
