Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch through various platforms including phone, email, and chat for tech-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and service inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively and ensure a positive user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and track resolutions for frequent issues.
• Gather feedback from customers to identify service improvement opportunities and enhance our offerings.
• Stay updated on the latest company products, services, and technological developments to support customers efficiently.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation costs covered!
