In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our Dutch-speaking clients receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing personalized solutions.
• Engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
• Document interactions and maintain thorough records in our CRM system to facilitate customer follow-up.
• Proactively check in with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery and support client needs.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide clients with knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is also essential.
• Previous experience in customer service or a customer-focused role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a good grasp of technology.
