Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Document customer interactions and feedback within the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in training programs to further develop your skills and product knowledge.
• Contribute suggestions for process improvements and team best practices.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
