Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Automotive Company - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, an esteemed automotive company. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to vehicles, services, and automotive products.

Your fluency in Dutch will be critical as you guide clients through various aspects of their automotive needs, ensuring that they receive the information and assistance required to enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat addressing automotive inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, service appointments, and order processing
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work closely with service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements
• Stay updated on automotive trends and product offerings

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or related industries, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry, keen to assist customers in their automotive needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
