Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their travel inquiries, bookings, and changes to reservations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of travel products and services to offer accurate information.
• Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system for quality and training purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about the latest industry trends and service updates.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency.

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; English proficiency is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is a plus.
