Job Description - Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Smart Home Technology Company

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Smart Home Technology Company. In this engaging Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers as they navigate through our innovative smart home product offerings and services.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential in assisting clients with their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them in maximizing their smart home experiences. By providing outstanding customer service, you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and loyalty within the growing smart home technology market.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with device setup and configurations
  • Educate clients about smart home products, features, and functionalities
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to inform improvements in our product offerings
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the smart home technology sector
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within technology or smart home products, is preferred
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Genuine interest in smart home technologies and passion for assisting customers
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
