Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively address client inquiries and resolve issues related to electronic products.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products and services.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for ongoing support.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with product offerings and service techniques.
• Contribute positively to team dynamics and uphold a high standard of professionalism.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the electronics sector, is advantageous.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and relocate to Greece.
