• Assist customers with inquiries about transportation services, bookings, and related questions.

• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company services and improve your skills.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer support experience.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
