This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and are eager to support customers through inquiries while managing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming advisory calls from Dutch-speaking customers, providing prompt and accurate information about our services.
• Assist customers in navigating their inquiries while effectively documenting all interactions within our CRM system.
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and summaries based on customer interactions to optimize service and enhance overall processes.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and relevant advice to customers.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is preferred.
