• Stay updated on product offerings and market trends to inform customers accurately.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members on best practices for customer engagement.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or related fields is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
