Your Core Mission and Deliverables

Your main objective is to act as a trusted advisor for new clients, ensuring their smooth transition and maximizing their use of our digital marketing capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• PPC Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and actively manage high-performing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns for a dedicated portfolio of new customers, delivering tangible results.
• Proactive Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and communication to introduce services, deeply understand client needs, and offer customized digital advertising solutions.
• Strategic Setup: Ensure every campaign is set up strategically to achieve immediate impact and contribute to the client’s long-term business goals.
• Revenue Growth: Be responsible for increasing client advertising investment by actively identifying and converting upselling opportunities.
• Database Management: Maintain and accurately update a comprehensive client database within the CRM system.
• High-Volume Interaction: Successfully manage a high volume of daily client and prospect communications, primarily over the phone, while maintaining quality service.

What You'll Need to Succeed: Candidate Requirements

• Language Skills: Native-level (C2) fluency in Dutch is essential, combined with C2 fluency in English.
• Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with significant prior work in demanding, client-facing roles.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required; a Master's (MA/MSc) in Marketing or Communications is highly preferred.
