• Strategic Execution: Ensure all campaign setups are results-driven and strategically positioned to deliver both immediate gains and contribute to long-term client prosperity.
• Revenue Expansion: Take ownership of increasing clients' advertising spend by proactively identifying and securing upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
• System Integrity: Accurately create and maintain comprehensive customer records within the CRM system.
• Volume Management: Efficiently handle a high daily volume of client and prospect interactions, primarily through phone communication, while maintaining quality.

Who We're Looking For: Essential Profile

To thrive in this challenging role, candidates must possess:

• Bilingual Fluency: Native-level (C2) fluency in Dutch is mandatory, paired with C2 fluency in English.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in a sales and/or marketing capacity, including significant time spent in demanding, client-facing roles.
• Academic Foundation: Must hold a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS); a Master's degree (MA/MSc) in Marketing or Communications is highly advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong, proven experience managing and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
