Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content in Dutch, ensuring it adheres to community guidelines.
• Rapidly identify and take action against inappropriate or harmful posts.
• Provide recommendations and insights to enhance content quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with fellow moderators to improve moderation processes.
• Maintain clear documentation of moderation actions and decisions.
• Stay abreast of trends in social media and content moderation practices.
• Engage in team discussions to share experiences and develop effective strategies.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to support community engagement.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is a plus.
• Proactive problem solver with effective decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
